What Discord shares with us
Signing in with Discord means Discord confirms who you are — we never
see the credentials themselves.
We never receive:
- Your Discord password
- Your two-factor codes or backup codes
- Your email address
- Your messages or DMs, in this server or any other
We do store:
- Your Discord user ID, username and display name
- Your avatar image reference
- Which roles you have in this guild's server, to decide what you can access
You can revoke this at any time in Discord under
User Settings → Authorized Apps.
